We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst. 

Business: Wholesale Technology 

Principal responsibilities

Accountabilities for Business, Customers and Stakeholders

  • Work with Wholesale Client Services and Client Lifecycle Management to analyze, evaluate and document business processes and CDD requirements using agile tools like Confluence and Jira
  • Design, maintain and validate CDD questionnaires to ensure up to day compliance and alignment with latest Global Line of Business policies and Compliance requirements
  • Work with the POD and partner teams to assure delivery with quality through the project cycle in agile approach
  • Engage with stakeholders and able to advise and support them on onboarding and KYC solution/product related queries or issues
  • Support and influence Wholesale business product owners \ stakeholders to prioritize work; provide solutions, consultancy and support to satisfy global business needs
  • Risk identification, risk reporting and devising interventions to mitigating risks 

Leadership & Teamwork

  • Contribute to WCS BA team to create a high-performing, high-energy working environment and help develop junior BA or engineering members
  • Drive and encourage constructive cross-region teamwork through collaboration and co-operation
  • Demonstrate speak up and collaborative behaviours to encourage a stronger engineering culture across global teams.
  • Set and maintain the highest possible conduct standards across all aspects
  • Work closely with architecture to ensure underlying implications of decisions are understood and to maintain strong collaborative relationships with the engineering and architecture teams.
Requisitos
  • Extensive expertise and knowledge in customer onboarding and KYC processes and CDD requirements
  • Good understanding of end to end customer life cycle in Commercial and Global banking
  • Extensive analysis and problem-solving skills, and experience in documenting user stories, functional/nonfunctional requirements
  • Work experience in global projects and with global teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in customer data related schema and API servcie development
  • Good banking domain knowledge in core banking and products
  • Professional English communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding and experience on SDLC, Agile and DevOps projects 

What additional skills will be good to have?

Prior HSBC working experience are preferred, expecialy knowledge in customer onboarding sytems like SmartServe, CME, CRT, HUB, CUS/OBS etc
