We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Management Analyst.

Business: Wholesale IT

Principal responsibilities:

WSIT China team’s learning and sharing management

  • Partnering with the teams in the Wholesale Technology China center, to drive the learning activities both globally and locally, for the purpose of upskilling the competencies of the technology team.
  • Learning content may include domain knowledge specific and technical capabilities. This role will be fully accountable for the learning result delivery across service lines.
  • The role will also acquire basic understanding of the Wholesale business products and services, processes and functions, in accordance with effective working knowledge of the regulatory environment.
  • Coordinating with Tech Academy and L&D Team to drive Wholesale IT Learning.
  • Determining the charging methodology/budgeting for Learning.

WCL Portfolio Support

  • Analyzing portfolio performance, preparing reports, and providing insights to ITPM.
  • Resource funding and budget management: collaborate with ITPM to guarantee  that all necessary resources are adquiately funded and that billable products adhere to budgetary allocations.
  • Budget Interlock and resource allocation: Ensure that the budget is correctly synchronized with the forecast in GPDM, confirming that there is adequate funding to meet project demand.
  • GPDM maintenance and Variance Control: update GPDM in accordance with planning, ensure that there are no discrepancies in the data.
  • Resource timesheet Monitoring: Keep track of resource timesheet to confirm accurate booking of time and effort, and ensure that billing is processed without delays.
  • Other Portfolio support.
Requisitos
  • Thorough understanding of HSBC Group structures, values, behaviors, processes and objectives.
  • Experience in creating training strategy, content creation and use of effective training tools for ‘best in class’ user experience.
  • Ability to interpret how/where technical changes will create real life learning impacts for the end user.
  • Experience in managing and defining training strategy / online media.
  • Comfortable presenting to / hosting large audiences.
  • Ability to handle data and perform system maintenance.
  • Being able to quickly and effectively find solutions when problems arise.
  • Clear and effective communication is needed whether communicating with team members or stakeholders.
  • Understanding of financial planning and budget management.
