We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Management Analyst.

Principal responsibilities

•    Support Asia country/territory IT teams in business management related activities including but not limited to: Financial Management, Workforce Management, Third Party Management, Portfolio Management etc.
•    Support IT Financial Lead for supported country/territory IT teams, including Annual Planning,  under/over recovery analysis, direct cost management, understand and challenge if required Charges to Business targets in TM1, etc. 
•    Work with country/territory IT teams in passthrough/accrual submissions
•    Lead annual imparirment review process for ASP markets
•    Lead Cloud review process for ASP markets
•    Day to Day support activities in helping to run the IT operations
•    Support any other ad hoc requests 

Requisitos

•    Proficiency in verbal and written English, especially proficient in email communication and reporting
•    Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; knowledge of basic Data Analysis is a plus
•    Must possess excellent attention to detail and ability to investigate items in detail
•    Logical and analytical thinking
•    Strong understanding of the IT recharges eco-system
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure
•    In-depth understanding of GPDM, Clarity, Pioneer, Cognos and other new Technology and financial management information systems
•    Self-starter and able to perform with minimal supervision
•    Basic knowledge about software and development lifecycle (preferred)
•    Capability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
