We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Change Execution Manager.

 

Principal responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects under Management Office in achieving the company’s strategic goals

  • Coordinate and drive initiatives including new index development, data and analytics, digital, technology, client management, governance and other special projects

  • Provide general administration and executive supports, act as the primary liaison between the leadership and internal teams

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Management Office and the wider management team, performing quality assurance on project delivery

  • Proactively drive programme delivery effectively, balance scope, cost, schedule, budget, benefits and risks to meet business needs within resource constraints, assist with putting mitigating actions into place to prevent delivery stalling and escalate as appropriate

  • Implement effective operational risk controls and adhere to all relevant internal standards, policies and practices, as well as local regulatory and legal requirements

  • Coordinate and drive the governance meetings and the engagements with all necessary stakeholders at defined points of time

  • Keep abreast of latest market trends in index industry and proactively explore opportunity with stakeholders to enhance the competitiveness of the company

  • Review and streamline processes to minimise operational risks, improve quality and processing time with measurement and benefit tracking

  • Take a strategic approach to communication and deliver powerful messages in all written and verbal formats

  • Apply high organisational skills to handle complex projects, collaborate with stakeholders to define the project plan and ensure the project delivery

  • Manage good business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Requisitos

  • University Graduate or above in Finance/Economics/Business/Statistics/Information Technology

  • Proven experience (including managerial role) in financial industry;

  • Experience in indexing, asset management or related industries

  • Strong business consultancy experience, manage complex and large-scale programmes/ projects

  • Broad knowledge in design thinking, agile approach, Fintech, process, and operational efficiency

  • An innovative and strategic mindset with strong managerial, project management, communication, presentation, and analytical skills

  • Ability to motivate stakeholders, coordinate internal and external resources and achieve measurable results against goals

  • Ability to use a collaborative style that promote effective communication and teamwork

  • PMP certification is an advantage

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage
