We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business:Wealth & Personal Banking IT

Principal responsibilities 
•Working with RB&S SLT to identify Lean Advocates from all Value Streams and Sub Value Streams to ensure consistency of training and upskilling across RB&S
•Work with RB&S to build a pipeline of highly talented individuals to become Lean Advocates and support with succession planning through Value Streams and across RB&S
•Work with RB&S SLT to devise and embed Lean Advocate OKR’s, to enable RB&S to meet efficiency targets.
•Complete accurate and appropriate reporting to RB&S SLT to ensure Lean Advocates are delivering to OKRs and scorecards are updated accordingly 
•Track progress of Lean Advocate activities. Provide feedback on progress against OKR’s for scorecard purposes
•Completing training needs analysis where required to ensure all training activities are value add to the organisation
•Write contextual, tailored and applicable Lean and Agile training material, showing clear and understandable linkage between Lean principles and Agile ways of working, and their application to a Technology delivery organisation
•Ensuring that all collateral is produced in line with HSBC brand standards
•Scheduling, planning and preparing for Lean Advocate training sessions to ensure quality of delivery, optimal attendance and high engagement levels
•Deliver high quality, engaging and interactive training, predominantly virtually, to RB&S Lean Advocates from RB&S Global Hubs
•Setting training follow up activity to enable Lean Advocates to apply their training in a practical and pragmatic way, supporting the follow up activity and providing tailored feedback
•Consistently seek out opportunities to further enhance, improve and build on Lean Advocate training, to ensure a best practise approach to ensuring Lean Advocates have a suite of tools and techniques to help deliver ‘Faster, Leaner, Safer’
•Establish trusted coaching relationships with Lean Advocates to ensure that Lean Advocates are supported to apply Lean and Agile in their day to day operations
•Tracking and monitoring Lean Advocate activities, becoming a point of escalation to remove blockers to Lean Advocate success
•Working with Value Stream nominees to update skills matrices and succession plans to constantly demonstrate the value of Lean Advocate training and upskilling
•Benchmark against industry best practice for Lean and Agile delivery to technology teams and apply the best practice to the RB&S model
•Supporting with the creation of ‘good news stories’ and best practice examples to be used in RB&S communications.
•Demonstrating a flexible approach to working with across all RB&S Value Streams and Pods

Requisitos

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
•To be successful in this role you should have proven experience within the Technology sector with knowledge of the following skills:
•Lean qualification/certification: Lean Practitioner or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
•Agile qualification/certification: SAFe or Scrum Alliance preferred
•Solid experience of preparing and presenting highly professional training materials, and support activity such as workshop/breakout facilitation, devising and engaging in exercises to reinforce learning
•Ability to contextualise and tailor training materials with examples to target specific audiences such as developers, operations managers, service managers or Scrum Masters
•Excellent interpersonal skills to develop productive and rewarding coaching relationships
•Extensive experience of Technology delivery in large, complex organisations, ideally financial services
•Respectful of different cultures, working with colleagues from across all 5 regions (North America, LATAM, Middle East, Asia Pacific and Europe
•Passion for engaging others to upskill them to drive sustainable change across the RB&S portfolio
