We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
- To work as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Digital Security Platform for ASP markets to drive defining engineering solution and lead the engineering practices through the full development life cycle, and being act as full-stack subject matter expert, and specialized in Micro-services/API, front-end technologies, and cloud base applications.
- Provide outstanding technical expertise, knowledge and ability for engineering and coding for an end-to-end solutions, in particular for DSP enhancement with Transmit, Forgerock and SecAPI.
- Requires hands-on development and coding work in various engineering activities
- Take remediation actiosn on applicaton defects, and take proactivate preventive measures to minimize service outage and disruption for business
- Drive actively for adoption of automation in the direction of DevSecOps implementation in uplifting the overall engineering capability
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Engineering Manager.
- Work closely with business and IT teams on various projects and support items, coordinate among business/IT and regional delivery teams.
- Responsible for as component lead and SME for the security components for the ASP South-asia projects related to this
- Work with the respective ITSO and global component lead to ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for ASP South-asia markets
Requisitos
- At least 5+ years’ Experience on banking system service, and at least 2 years working in Micro-Services/API development and Web-based application and should be as subject matter expert level.
- Hand-on fullstack experience in RESTful API Java Development, and HTML,ReactJS/AngularJS Development, and wider technologies (eg. SpringBoot, AWS, Kong Gateway, Docker, Mongo DB, Pipeline)
- Hands-on experience and rich domain knowledge in HSBC DSP and wider digital security solutions in the industry
- Exposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus or similar) and fault tolerance tools like Hystrix
- Familiar with security applicationd esign, development and integration is must, like https, cert pinning, encryption and decryption and data protection
- Good command of overall application design with related certification is preferabled (eg. TOGAF)
- Oustanding sense and skillset for trouble shooting under pressure and demanding situation
