We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

 

Business: Wholesale Technology

 

Principal responsibilities

  • To maintain close communication with business users, IT teams and coordinate requirement collection and analysis activities.
  • Provide analysis on the central finance support to stakeholders
  •  Monthly update on the project level demand/supply plan
  • Mid-Month monitoring on the Clarity time book projection (direct check with supplier team, copy PM)
  • Ensure supplier team on the interlock / budget allocation (escalation to COO if needed)
  • Clarity Data Quality
  • Provide a weekly central check and reach out to PM for any action follow up required.
  • Covering Status Report, Milestone, RAID
  • handle the demand TPS for vendor cost, ITCM submission process, monitor the monthly business recharge.
  •  Validate if any potential Risk on the project delivery and prepare a SVS executive summary for Management escalation as needed
  • Auto tool support and maintenance (Project Level Finance Report, Automated Reminder)
  • Provide Drop-In session on the finance part to wider team for education 
Requisitos
  • University-level degree or equivalent experience in computer science or a related field.  Qualification in related business discipline is an advantage
  • At least 5 years experience in Payments/Core Banking domain is expected
  • Solid experience on project execution in Agile, with user stories write-up in JIRA and documentation in Confluence 
  •  Excellent communication skills, able to articulate and drive discussion across business functions and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem solving and User support skills 
  •  Strong customer focus and commitment to delivery
  •  Maintain can do attitude and stay positive towards challenges
  •  Being open, dependable, connected and align the HSBC values
  • Ability in working under pressure
  • Able to adapt in global team culture and communication in different locations
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English
