We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities ：

This role will focus on Trading Advisory core capability. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in iSeries, Cloud, API development and Kubernetes. Strong communication skills and experience in communicating with senior stakeholders are preferred. 
• Lead the technical development and operations of the Trading Advisory settlement platform across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Assist the platform technical lead and delivery lead to keep optimize the technical landscape as well as to define the technical roadmap.
• Ensure the development/test/deployment following the agreed best practices. 
• Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to solve complex problems.
• Able to handle urgent tasks in production.
• Manage the communication and expectations with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and security processes.

• Extensive experience with micro-service design and implementation, familiarity with backend technology stack, such as Java/SpringBoot/RestfulAPI/SpringCloud/JPA/SQL.
• Extensive experience with iSeries and settlement platform.
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins/Maven/Github, familiarity with TDD/BDD and automated testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Good understanding of Agile development principles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Able to manage the discussion with non-IT business users and senior stakeholders.
• Able to work under pressure and demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and rapid learning capability.
