We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Business: CTO Infrastructure

Principal responsibilities

  • An opportunity to deal with bunch of operational data and by Data Analysis to drive compliant activities and contribute to achieving high resilience target within HSBC.
  • Establish, booster, improve Risk and Control process to achieve high service resiliency across HSBC.
  • Working with Global Risk and Control team to implement the global standard.
  • Design and implement dashboards and visualizations to graph and effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with GBGFs, providing guideline and consultant to fulfill compliance regarding product day2 management, understanding user requirement and providing solution or enhancement.
  • By knowing our customers, relentlessly improve process, explore new opportunities to accelerate GBGF’s evergreening journey.
  • Collaborate with data infrastructure teams to refine data requirement, improve data completeness, accuracy and quality.
Requisitos
  • Proven Evergreening Governance skill and experience in various evergreening control roles (e.g. product owner, data provider, analyst, specialist)
  • Rich working experience and knowledge on Risk Management, Compliant Control and any other risk and control related practical experience.
  • Experience of accessing, planning and execution activities in order to meet HSBC IT Service Risk and Control requirements as a user.
  • Technical knowledge and working experience on Red Hat, Middleware products (MQ, IHS, WAS, NJS, etc.).
  • Familiar to and worked on Automation associated to software patching/evergreening.
  • Proficient on data analysis, understand and use metrics to draw conclusion.
  • Familiar with BI tools and ability to develop dashboard for various insights, such as e.g. Grafana, SuperSet, PowerBI, QlikSense.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork still, able to collaborate effectively with different parties and stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Be able to multi-tasking and fast learner. Able to work under pressure and willing to embrace challenges.
  • Solid partner/stakeholder interaction – customer oriented.
  • Ability to deal with conflictive situations with success – negotiation skills.

What additional skills will be good to have?

  • Engineering experience and working with Middleware software.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
