We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
• Participate as a scrum team member and responsible for all the activities in the stories.
• Manage a squad team of developers performing system development work and system analysis.
• Work with Scrum master to prioritize the items from the product backlog in the sprint planning.
• Ensure the stories delivered meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget to an agreed level of quality.
• Attend every standup and other agile ceremonies.
• Design and implement IT solutions to meet business users’ requirements.
• Alignment with project managers to track key deliverables.
• Act as Agile lead to drive the Agile and DevOps transformation.
• Supporting pod leads to run Agile ceremonies and raise the pods' Agile/DevOps maturity.
• Ensure a high-quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices.
• Contribute to deliver future state architecture to transform the existing legacy system.
Requisitos
• A university graduate with degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, design and problem-solving skills; excellent team player with ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Experience of working in a DevOps focused environment and working in an Agile Team.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and team player.
• Knowledge and experience for implementation and testing with widely successful software delivery techniques.
• Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing practices.• Solid knowledge of SQL, DDL and database design.
• Solid knowledge of BDD, Continuous Integration, Selenium, continuous deployment and testing.
• Solid knowledge of external cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, or Ali Cloud.
• Flexible and adaptable in accommodating change of requirement and willing to take on new responsibilities when necessary.

• CI/CD tooling: Jenkins, groovy, github
• Monitoring and alerting services: appDynamics, cloudwatch, xmatter
