We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
Business: CTO Data Technology
Principal responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment strategies.
- Architect and implement messaging solutions using Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven systems.
- Manage and optimize database solutions, including Oracle and MongoDB, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the full-stack development lifecycle, including front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing best practices.
Requisitos
- Java: Strong expertise in Java programming and frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
- Microservices: Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
- DevOps: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab), containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Kafka: Proficiency in building and managing Kafka-based messaging systems.
- Database Management: Solid experience with Oracle and MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Full Stack Development: Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end integration.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead and mentor teams, manage stakeholders, and drive technical excellence.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical challenges.
