We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist. 

Business: CIB - GPS Technology

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead end to end project management activities including project planning, scope definition, budget, resource allocation, risk management and timeline.
  • Oversee all phases of a project to ensure the project are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate with global teams including business, operation, and technology teams across multiple locations.
  • Develop a detailed project plan, dependencies, and deliver to track progress.
  • Manage and monitor the project risk, issues and work with teams to develop the mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project progress, budget, update, and milestones to stakeholders including senior managers, project sponsors, and cross functional teams.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring their alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Define and track the financial budget of the project
Requisitos
  • 5+ years of Experience as project manager of IT project across multiple locations or regions, preferably in financial service industry.
  • Strong leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skill in English with the ability to work with Global virtual team across multiple locations is a much.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Clarity, Confluence, JIRA & GPDM).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to driving continuous improvement.
