We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

  

Business: Enterprise Technology L3

 

Principal responsibilities

The job holder is accountable as the Senior Business Analyst within the team to enable the team to support products and provide expert knowledge for all stakeholders.

 

This role will carry out some or all of the following activities:

  • Working globally on supporting requirements from the business as it relates to the HSBC Internal systems.

  • Collaborating with Product Owner, Solution Architect, engineering team to identify changes required, create and agree necessary stories.

  • Providing support to the countries/regions for research, training, and guidance on the HSBC Internal systems.

  • Coordinate with delivery team and testing team to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.

  • Responsible for ensuring products and services maintain compliance with mandatory and regulatory requirements and control objectives within the risk and controls framework.

  • Responsible for ensuring group controls are maintained within the team activities and remediation activities are resolved swiftly.

Requisitos
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication.

  • Highly effective and tactful in communication with stakeholders at all levels in the organization.

  • Internal HSBC knowledge and experience in a Technology area.

  • Understanding of project management.

  • Experience in an object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, C, C++) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • A strong understanding of operational service management principles (e.g., ITIL).

  • Experience on the ServiceNow platform and SQL.

  • Competency in Collaboration tools, e.g., Confluence, Jira applications.

  • A track record of successful stakeholder management, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and act as a trusted advisor.
