We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Growth Manager, PayMe.

Principal Responsibilities

The incumbent is responsible to planning and executing activities that bring growth in all the key metrics including users and revenue for PayMe. These activities may range from partnerships, marketing activities, running campaigns and CLCM activities, identifying key product development opportunities and scaling up all existing products in the portfolio. The incumbent is responsible to monitor the progress of the overall business and ensure that it is in line with our overall strategy. The incumbent is responsible for detailed segment analysis and for identifying clear segments within PayMe users as well as the needs for each segment. Supervise customer acquisition from all acquisition channels and work closely with merchant partnership, marketing/brands, Products teams to ensure that everything is as per our defined strategy. The incumbent is also responsible for managing the overall PnL for PayMe along with Finance teams and ensuring that targets are met.

  • Build, own and execute comprehensive plans to increase the number of users using PayMe Services along with Net Revenue
  • Forecast and monitor customer uptake across all existing products as well as organic and inorganic (paid) growth targets
  • Detailed segment analysis and identifying clear segments within the PayMe users as well as the needs for each segment
  • Forecast and analyse trends and numbers of customer acquisition, churn, rejoiners etc. and develop plans accordingly
  • Identify, build and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure that the PayMe achieves its growth targets
  • Define the ‘go to market strategies’ for all digital products and work with consumer and merchant engagement team to aid in the delivery of a digital ecosystem strategy.
  • Identify the need for new product development or integrations that would help achieve growth targets
  • Ensure strict compliance with the regulatory authorities as well as adhere to Risk, Compliance and Legal norms
  • Build and get budgets approved for all CLCM & campaigns and ensure execution within budgets
  • Work in close collaboration with Brands, Product and Technology teams to achieve results
Requisitos
  • University Graduate
  • Experience of scaling business and products using product led growth strategies while keeping CAC and CRC under consideration
  • Exceptional analytical, planning and governance skills with a strong grasp of key growth metrics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration Skills with ability to inspire others
  • Strong Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify key market trends and make data driven decisions
  • Experience in customer focused organizations, in disciplines such as digital, programme or change management skills
  • Pragmatic decision-making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on data and understand the implications
  • Excellent understanding of project methodology and frameworks
