In this Role you will:

Support GTS Product development; helping to implement and deliver improvements to all stages of the product lifecycle (origination, execution & maintenance).

  • Lead HSBC Brazil GTS Product Team
  • Support regional delivery of various projects (ad-hoc and BAU) impacting GTS products.
  • Helping to improve the overall Product environment, strategy, and process.
  • Work with the local team to implement regulatory and policy changes, involving assessing policy change impacts, communications, and training to originating teams as appropriate.
  • Support on-site audit reviews from internal and external stakeholders
  • Work along Internal Areas to deliver customized solutions to HSBC Clients
  • Ensuring effective and efficient product reviews are conducted on an ongoing basis as appropriate (e.g., pricing reviews, documentation reviews).
  • Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with issues raised by regulators.
  • Support Portfolio Management & broader business efforts to improve portfolio data and transparency.
  • Support Portfolio Sustainability business efforts to improve portfolio.
  • Understand HSBC values and business principles.
  • Oversee and the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business area aims
  • Facilitate & support senior management decision making by the use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums, stakeholder feedback and HSBC strategy
  • Responsible for accurate forecast at regional and global level in IT systems, commentary for forecast variances

Requisitos

Essential Skillset/Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Trade Finance and Brazilian Local Credit Products Structure.
  • Hands on experience in Product and Business Management/Financial Management/Work Force Management and Portfolio Management
  • Proven track record working in global matrix organization and solid experience in both global and regional teams
  • Strong communication skills, ability to summarize findings and proposed solutions in a clear way
  • Self –starter, driven to find answers and resolve issues
  • Capable to work under pressure and team-work
