We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior International Case Manager - ICO CHINA -NHC.

Principal responsibilities

  • Hotline handling including English call.
  • Sales driven: International product referral (credit card, global money, mortgage etc.).
  • Excellent service mind-set including complaint handling.
  • International account opening (E2E).
  • High Risk case, VVIP case handling.
    Requisitos
    • Pure English speaking with customer, excellent English writing.
    • Excellent Cantonese and Mandarin.
    • Strong management sense.
    • With Project experience and change mindset.
    • Strong presentation skill.
    • Data analysis / RPA / Coding skill is a plus.

    Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
