We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior International Proposition Manager, Proposition Development.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Support the design, develop and implement international business model to support international customer acquisitions and deepening, including International value propositions, distribution strategy, and cross department collaboration
  • Assist to drive Customer Lifecycle Management initiatives and wealth deepening for international customers to deliver improvements across the continuum
  • Drive the effective roll out of new business initiatives such as campaigns, cross border collaboration, to support new to bank acquisitions among non-resident and international prospects 
  • Act as SME for NRC propositions to drive pan China collaboration with HBCN and respective teams to support customer acquisitions and deepening via effective proposition, product and service offerings, journey and process enhancements, and customer experience improvements for Chinese customers onshore and offshore
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Experience in retail banking with in-depth understanding and experience in the financial or banking sector, leadership/management experience required
  • University degree or relevant post graduate qualification.  Advance degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus
  • Strong business acumen with advanced strategic planning and project management skills and a hands-on approach to drive improvement and resolve problems
  • Proven record in strategy formulation on international banking business and retail banking with strong understanding of customer behaviours and needs related to banking and wealth
  • Experience in addressing the needs of internationally mobile high net worth clients (includes non-resident Chinese and expats) and their banking and wealth needs preferred
  • Excellent understanding of Wealth & Personal Banking strategic imperatives and being able to translate them into business objectives and policies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders across businesses and functions with ability to influence senior teams
  • Prior experience working with or in foreign markets advantageous; Language skills preferred: English and Chinese (Mandarin)
