We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Insurance Propositions.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Lead the propositions and channel development which is closely aligned with overall Commercial Banking strategy
- Develop and implement customer centric Life Insurance propositions for customers of Commercial Banking through working closely with the frontline team and product partners
- Develop and execute awareness and promotional plans to customers and frontline to support business growth plan
- Support sales strategy and build sales enabling capabilities including a regular review and testing of available solutions
- Support lead generation through working with Commercial Banking frontline team by utilizing available data appropriately
- Manage the product governance processes to ensure all product is appropriately controlled and managed and that reporting requirements are completed
Requisitos
To be successful you will need
- University graduate with solid experience in Business Development or Proposition Development within Life Insurance settings
- In-depth experience in product evaluation and practical bancassurance experience
- Knowledge on prevailing Life Insurance related regulations
- Strong managerial, communications, analytical, organisational and decision making skills
- Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
