Portfolio Management and Payment
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our department as Senior Manager, Portfolio Management reporting to Head of Portfolio Management – Unsecured Loans.
Principal responsibilities:
- Manage unsecured loans business and build up the profitable loan balances according to the overall business development strategy
- Formulate and execute business strategies on loan acquisition, marketing and sales channel management in achieving business targets
- Formulate and implement revenue models and pricing strategies to increase profit contribution for the business
- Design and develop digital innovation and journey to drive digital channel growth
- Cooperate with key stakeholders, channels and functions effectively to facilitate campaign or new initiatives launch with most optimal results
- Stay on top of compliance requirements in particular sales and marketing-related, competition law and fair value principles to take timely actions to mitigate relevant risk posing to the bank, where applicable
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements to ensure all customer communications and initiatives are compliance to FIM and related policies
Requisitos
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant qualifications
- Proven experience in unsecured loan products, marketing, credit card, preferably in financial industry
- Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Strong self-motivation and positive attitude with good project management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to bring divergent ideas to create new and valuable solutions
- Resilience to stress, able to unlock full potential and prepare for the future of work
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
