We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Manager - Product Engineering

Principal responsibilities 

  • Drive collaboration between Service, Product, Digital, Client Connectivity, Operations & Technology on enhancing the experience for clients with well-designed self-service capabilities. Influence investment and design of self-service capabilities to ensure a best-in-class end to end client experience.
  • Identify opportunities to enable self-service journeys and oversee the allocation and execution of related tech spend. Be responsible for ensuring that the self-servicing strategy aligns to the overall servicing strategy, and support Service to achieve strategic priorities such as query reduction.
  • Lead the related data strategy, including but not limited to tracking self-service usage and identifying trends to enable personalised client experiences and maximise commercialisation opportunities. Drive direct to client commercialisation campaigns promoting the adoption of self-service capabilities that will lead to improved client experiences.
  • Collaborate and enable quick turn around on new POCs, from a data perspective to dive the overall delivery. This could be services or product.

  • Support execution and commercialization of the GPS Service Gen AI Roadmap

Requisitos
  • Excellent data analytical skills. 

    Good in business analysis and data management

  • Experience in knowledge and data management and must have set governance and strategy around that.

  • Experience in automation with data solutions will be an added advantage

  • Practical experience of major business transformation with global project management experience, successfully executing large-scale, complex global / regional change initiatives. Candidates familiar with projects relating to discriminative/generative AI and Data, is an added advantage

  • A global and innovative mindset with strong communications, organizational, decision-making, lateral thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills, with an attitude of getting things done. 

    Collaborative and inclusive, ability to work well with others to leverage resources available to achieve goals.

  • Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities. 

    Proven ability to formulate, disseminate and implement and drive strategic initiatives across the Service organization.

  • knowledge of global and regional/country regulatory landscape and ability to assess the impact of proposed changes in line with risk aspects and regulatory rules is a plus. 

    Proven ability in working across multi-disciplinary and culturally diverse work environments.

  • Highly motivated & self-driven to ensure successful delivery of complex transformational initiatives.
