We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager's Driver.

Principal Responsibilities

Job Description – As a Senior Manager's Driver, the main responsibility is to provide safe and reliable transportation services to Manager and users. You will be responsible for ensuring that Manager and users are transported to their desired destinations in a timely and professional manner. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. Senior Manager's Driver Responsibilities

  • Drives Manager to business meeting, visit branches/offices and functions
  • Safely and responsibly operate a limousine, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of Manager and users throughout the journey
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting Manager, assisting with luggage, and addressing any questions or concerns
  • Performs daily activities as assigned by the Manager
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented vehicle at all times, both inside and out
  • Plan and follow the most efficient and effective route to reach destinations, taking into consideration traffic and weather conditions
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users
  • Monitor and maintain the limousine's fuel/battery and other fluid levels, as well as perform routine inspections to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Report any mechanical issues, damages or accident to the Transport Team , HK COO Office and follow up with necessary repairs or action
  • Ensure proper scheduling and time management to promptly pick up and drop off Manager. Reconfirm flight schedule independently on the day of order

Internal

  • Performs relief duties for other drivers and licence renewal as assigned by Transport Team, HK COO Office
  • Maintain daily record of all activities and expenses such as parking and meter fee for reimbursement and month end mileage reconciliation in log book
Requisitos

Driver Required Skills

  • Valid driver's license of HK Vehicle classification code 1 & 2 with a clean driving record
  • Good Command of English and Chinese
  • Proven experience as a professional driver or chauffeur, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with Manager in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility in working hours, as the role may involve to early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to handle minor repairs or troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in unexpected situations
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Internal

Required Qualifications

  • Secondary/High school or equivalent
  • Previous experience driving limousines is preferred
  • Completion of a certified advanced driving is advantageous
  • Knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures is a plus
