Global Trade Solutions comprises over 4,500 people across more than 60 countries, helping suppliers and buyers with their export and import finance needs. Trade is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North America and Asia.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Product Manager, Global Trade Solutions.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will: 

  • Initiating and planning the development of new products as well as implementation and delivery
  • Driving product and proposition development, pricing, retention, service, communication and product management across HSBC
  • Developing and championing existing products, ensuring that they are competitive and meet the needs of the clients
  • Sharing product knowledge and ideas with internal and external stakeholders
Requisitos

To be successful you will:

  • Solid experience in banking, preferably in global trade
  • Proven experience in product management, project management or digital projects
  • Practical knowledge in product development and governance are highly desirable
  • Strong team player, highly motivated with an achievement-oriented approach to business
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse complex problems, interpret customer or operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
