We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Regulatory Product Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
- Regulatory horizon scanning and monitor regulatory developments which have potential impact on Securities Services and / or clients
- Perform analysis on how regulatory changes impact the Securities Services product offering
- Manage budget and prioritization of Product Delivery teams to deliver regulatory product offering
- Work closely with and provide business steer to Product Delivery, MSS Operations, Information Technology and relevant functional teams to design the target product model and oversee the development and delivery
- Manage the strategic third party vendor partnership in the provision of regulatory reporting services including overseeing and monitoring the vendor performance
- Develop and maintain product collateral, including client decks and service definitions
- Support client RFP and DDQ from a regulatory governance and regulatory reporting perspective including designing commercial propositions
- Support periodic reviews of product roadmaps in collaboration with product and sector heads
- Securities Services or Financial Services career background in a product, operations, project management functions
- Candidates from middle to back office roles, specifically in compliance, operations or legal function, within fund management companies are welcomed
- Understanding of the Product Management lifecycle and Business Operating model components
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills to communicate with internal teams and external clients
- Good organization and business analysis skills
- Ability to work in a matrix team and exhibit a structured and effective approach to producing detailed deliverables
- Ability to work under own initiative on time bound initiatives and communicating effectively across the organisation
