We do this by bringing together financing solutions; sales, trading and distribution across multiple asset classes; research; clearing and settlement; global and direct custody; and asset servicing. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
The job holder mainly focus on
1) complete daily settlement process, check/reconcile client settlement instructions (A-share, B-share, CIBM) against market trade record; contact local/overseas trade counterparties; communicate with client to chase instruction/funding; amend/repair non-STP instruction; post settlement checking.
2) handle intra-day/end of day cash projection report and related inquiries
3) investigate and reply trade-related inquiries from client via SWIFT, e-mail and telephone etc.
4) handle Trade Performance Report and bespoke reports/requests requested by client
5) perform transactions in QFII clearing bank business and FMDB.
6) Assist settlement manager to handle projects.
Requisitos
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Knowledge of local securities market regulations and practice and QFII/RQFII/CIBM related rules;
Good command of English with good sense of custodian services standard;
Ability to work under pressure; Good interpersonal communication and time management skill;
PC knowledge and Excel/Work knowledge;
Carefulness and patience
