We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.
Business: Wholesale Technology
Principal responsibilities
- Work in key testing contributor role.
- Assist test lead do daily work on testing plan, design, execution and report.
- Carry out detailed requirements analysis on sprint scope, test strategy selection and automation execution plan.
- Work proactively on difficult stories and code change verification.
- Work with test members on sprint/release regression test with high automation coverage
- Innovate usage and performance of existent automation code.
- Coordinate with diff role stakeholders and drive for issues resolution.
- Rerort test statistics to test manager and Scrum masters and communicate with other stakeholders.
- Foresee, Identify potential risks and monitor mitigation plan execution in project testing
- Provide consultant to test teams on process and work efficiency optimization.
- Closely collaborate with diff roles in team, Scrum master, BA, engineers and testers to deliver high quality change.
Requisitos
- Master degree is best to have, Bachelor is must.
- A minimum of 6 years' IT industry experience with significant testing knowledge, especially functional website testing.
- A minimum of 3 year's experiences on functional testing with strong technical knowledge on test automation architecture and BDD related toolkits, e.g. Java, Web driver, Appium, Rest service, etc.
- Strong understanding on agile development methodology and delivery driven.
- Skilled in English writing is must, fluent English reading will be great.
- Convincing capability to cooperate with different roles in global locations.
- A highly-motivated individual with positive and pro-active attitude.
- Be able to work under pressure to complete project in tight schedule and cost effective way.
- Be aggressive.
Advanced Skill
- Testing development working experience on complicated SAAS application or banking application.
- Working in a global team with different cultures and could handle daily work in multiple threads.
- Experience in vendor management.
- Passionate and career driven.
