- The Opportunity:
- You will get to work with MPO platform, which is the best in class digital channel for Mortgage origination is moving the technical stack from internal private cloud to public cloud. This opportunity would see you being part of this complex exercise, giving sufficient exposure to cloud workings and its internals.
- You will work closely with the business owners from varied regions to understand their reporting requirement and finally design/ developing a global product.
- You will get opportunity to be part of AWS cloud migration team.
- Take ownership and accountability of specific modules within an application and provides technical support and guidance during solution design for new requirements, problem resolution for critical / complex issues
- Ensures code is maintainable, scalable and supportable.
What you’ll do:
- You will as senior JavaScript/Frontend developer,
- Identify the opportunity for automation and design/build the end to end solutions.
- Coordinate and embed technical standards and help other team members to gain knowledge on UI development and UI integration with WebServices.
- Participate in review of design/code/test plan and test results
- Bring continuous improvements/efficiencies to the software or business processes by utilizing software engineering tools and various innovative techniques, and reusing existing solutions. By means of automation, reduces design complexity, reduces time to response, and simplifies the client/end-user experience.
- Identify and communicate best practices for front-end engineering
- Present demos of the software products to stakeholders and internal/external customers, using knowledge of the product/solution and technologies to influence the direction and evolution of the product/solution.
Requisitos
What you will need to succeed in the role:
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including min 3 year of UI development experience.
- Solid experience in Node, JavaScript & React framework, hand-on on JavaScript, complex React applications.
- Develop application code and unit test in React, Restful Web Services and Node technologies.
- Deep knowledge of React practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience.
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
- Practitioner of agile working practices and ability to apply agile methodology and principles (>2 years).
- Web/UI technologies: JavaScript, ES6, HTML/CSS, React JS, Redux, any MVC/MVVM JS Framework.
- Web/UI Dev ecosystem and tools: Node JS, WebPack, Jasmine/Chai/JEST/Mocha (JS Test Frameworks),
- MUST have Hands-on experience in ReactJS and delivered project on ReactJS and played key Role
- Knowledge and understanding of accessibility principles and techniques
- Understanding of SDLC and experience developing in an Agile environment
What additional skills will be good to have?
- Strong information architecture skills
- Exposure NPM echo system would be added advantage.
- Experience on working on Application Containers like Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Docker.
- Knowledge of cloud concepts and cloud architecture, different types of cloud computing (preferably AWS)
- Experience / knowledge of Microservices architecture, Single SPA, Java etc would be an added advantage.
- Should have knowledge of Continuous integration and continuous deployment using Jenkins.
- Experience with test-driven development.
