Our index series includes the Hang Seng Index, the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index and the Hang Seng TECH Index, as well as Stock Connect, Greater Bay Area and sector-related indexes. As at the end of 2020, assets under management in products passively tracking indexes in the Hang Seng Family of Indexes had reached a total of about US$38 billion.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Sustainability Solutions Manager.
Principal responsibilities
- Coordinate internally and externally to develop new ESG data and index products
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to generate product ideas and drive ESG index/data businesses
- Monitor ESG industry and regulatory bodies for key changes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report on the performance and profitability of the ESG index/data products, and identify opportunities for product improvement and client growth
- Work closely with ESG data providers and collaborate with cross-functional teams internally to develop and maintain ESG index/data products
- Provide subject matter expertise on ESG index/data products and provide necessary support to facilitate client’s product launch and maintenance
Requisitos
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the investment management industry, preferably at least 3 years in ESG index and data product development
- Past experiences in product development and project coordination especially in data, sustainability or related areas
- Strong knowledge of market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory landscape related to ESG index products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders
- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
