We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Social Inclusion Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Ensure HSBC and WPB is widely recognized as an integral part of the Hong Kong community through enhancing our engagement and becoming a positive talking point within the community
  • Engage with the local community, including under-represented groups, youth, elderly, vulnerable groups to understand the needs, and implement banking solutions that provide tangible business and social value
  • Support and promote an inclusive culture in line with HSBC’s strategies by means of planning and organizing suitable events, education sessions, volunteer activities, etc
  • Collaborate with NGOs and other community-based organizations to ensure HSBC maintains a constructive and up to date dialogue
  • Research world leading organizations in this space and consider adoption of successful components of their models into our community branding program
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Possess a passionate and creative mind-set so as to drive new initiatives to maintain and enhance WPB’s brand and community status
  • Proven record in project management and event management skills, with developed capacity in preparing and delivering ideas to influence stakeholders
  • Experience in working in/with NGOs / social sector enterprise
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; good multi-tasking skill with good structure and organization
  • Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills required
  • Fluent in Cantonese is required, with proficiency in written and spoken English
