We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer
Business: Markets & Sec Services Tech
Principal responsibilities
- Familiar Operational, risk control and IT processes
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and drive the progress
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and propose technical solutions
- Production process optimization
Requisitos
- Proficient in process mapping tools and strong data analysis capabilities (excel, PPT, Visio etc.)
- Analysis and optimize/improve existing production line processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with different stakeholder and report the status.
- Systematic documentation and knowledge management skills
- Good English communication skills (The candidate has to be capable of communicating effectively with native English speakers through phone or VC)
- Good communication skill: can communicate clearly and effectively with tech and non-tech stakeholders.
- Flexible: be flexible to switch between different tasks
- Fast learner and self-driven learning aptitude for new technologies/methodologies
