We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer.

Business: Insurance

Principal responsibilities 

  • Participate in the various stages of project, such as technical design, development, testing, implementation and support.
  • Ensure all activities performed within the team adhere to the group IT and security standards.
  • Adopt and provide ongoing improvement on development process and promote usage of right tooling.
  • Work closely with the Technical Lead to ensure efficient flow of the backlog of change activities and drive technology change within/across teams.
  • Work closely with regional IT teams (HK, Xi’An) and vendors in project implementation and support.
Requisitos

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

  • University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting or other related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge on languages such as SQL, Python,Java, SAS and R etc.
  • Strong English communication both in oral and written, CET4 or above, TOEFL, IELTS or other equivalent certificate is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated, positive, passionate and willingness of continue learning.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex and technical analytical approaches into IT solutions and business outcomes.
