We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Specialist Engineering.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Define and deliver solution platforms with tiered service levels whilst adopting Agile methods
  • Applying architectural risk management techniques and decision-making principles to ensure that Digital delivery velocity is maintained without compromising architectural integrity
  • Design architecture solution design with engineering team
  • Responsible for delivery for conversational banking and contact centre
  • Contribute to technical strategic roadmaps and position the bank to provide new customer services secured by the latest industry capabilities
  • Work with engineers (working in Scrum teams) to implement architected solutions, responding to change and technical discoveries
  • Work with business to understand requirements and provide technical subject matter expertise in this area
  • Work with external vendors to ensure full understanding of their current and future states

     

Requisitos

To be successful you will need:

  • Relevant IT experience, including hands-on experience in leading, architecting, designing and implementing chatbots, exposure to AI/ML (3-5 of those years to be devoted specifically to architecture)
  • Should have solution architect experience
  • Have experience on conversational banking and contact centre
  • Should have in depth understanding and experience of chat bot frameworks available in industry including open-source frameworks
  • Knowledge and implementation considerations for web chat , mobile chat and chat through social media channels
  • Service architecture - Experience of API and service-based architectures using Websocket, REST APIs, micro-services and utilizing JSON for web or mobile applications
  • Understand complex architectures and clearly communicate those architectures at both a technical and executive level. Find areas of agreement, brainstorm solutions, and gain consensus and alignment on solutions
  • Experience in delivery and solution design for HK market
