We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  
Senior Associate IT Director

Role Purpose:

The Tech Subject Matter Expert (SME) job is responsible for providing subject expertise and guidance alongside the engineering function. The Tech SME has expert knowledge in one or more specific business domains products or applications. The Tech SME has niche skills and they are responsible to oversee the development, testing and implementation of the overall solutions for the business that leverage our technology.

Main Activities:

  • Takes complete ownership of delivery of front to back complex functional changes.
  • Responsible for encouraging the culture of domain understanding within the team.
  • Responsible for leading front to back teams across multiple asset classes.
  • Maintain strong relations with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence business for Technology related decision making which supports shared goals.
  • Removes blockers and creates pathways during times of uncertainty to ensure resilience.
  • Responsible for nurturing talent within the team and for overall delivery of the team.
  • Responsible for mentoring and providing necessary subject matter expertise to the team when required.
  • Responsible for bringing a customer centric approach to all deliveries.
  • Proactively taking lead for any application/functional fixes
  • Expertise in system thinking and highly proficient in agile ways of working.
  • Support the planning of Technology budgets to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives/objectives that deliver value to the Business
  • Actively manage all budgetary requirements to support short to long-term business vision
  • Maintain oversight of technology investments across innovation and transformation initiatives
  • Support the management of Technology– business relationship; represent Technology in business discussions and ensure necessary technology capabilities required by the business are developed

Ensure that the Technology mission statement/vision and technology plans are communicated effectively across the necessary Teams

Requisitos

Qualifications Required:

 

Mandatory:

  • Knowledge: IT engineering career
  • Scrum Master certification
  • Experience: 5 years on the role or similar roles of leadership.
  • Experience of handle large and complex programs that involves multiple teams across different countries/regions
  • Capabilities: High values and engagement, work under stress, conflict manager, resilience, self-motivation.

Lenguage Level:

  • English level – Bilingual C2 or at least C1
