We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Data and Analytics
Oversee the delivery performance of the data transformation portfolio across multiple capabilities
Consolidate programmer-level reporting into a single, executive-ready view using Jira and other reporting tools
Track delivery progress against strategic milestones, financial plans, and resource allocations
Identify cross-programmer risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, and escalate as needed
Establish and embed value tracking mechanisms across data portfolio shifting from output to outcome
Drive consistency in delivery governance, reporting standards, and portfolio management practices
Support executive updates, board-level reporting, and strategic planning cycles
Champion continuous improvement in portfolio delivery and reporting processes
Requisitos
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
10+ years of experience in programming or portfolio delivery roles, ideally within data, technology, or transformation environments
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stream portfolios with high visibility
Strong understanding of project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization
Familiarity with financial tracking, investment governance, and benefits realization
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
