We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Identity governance administration product owner (Senior Associate Director)

 

 In this role you will be the Product owner for Identity Governance Administration services and some of the key accountabilities include -

Ø  Product Vision & Strategy -Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Identity Governance solutions, ensuring alignment with defined IAM controls, business objectives and customer needs. Deliver IAG processes including Recertification, Joiner/Mover/Leavers (JML), Access Request, Segregation of Duties, RBAC 

Ø  Product Backlog Management Own, prioritize, and groom the product backlog, creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for the development team. 

 

Ø  Stakeholder Collaboration  -Serve as the primary point of contact and collaborate closely with customers, business stakeholders, engineering, and QA teams to gather requirements and solicit feedback. 

Ø  Agile Development  -Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews, providing clear guidance to the development team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product increments. 

Ø  Compliance & Security - Ensure the IGA solution meets security best practices, regulatory requirements  and compliance standards, including facilitating access reviews and audit readiness. 

Ø     Product Delivery & Acceptance -  Accept delivery of working product from the scrum team, review its functionality, and socialize the business value to stakeholders. 

 

Ø   Market & Technology-  Insight Stay informed about market trends, technology directions, and strategic business impacts to guide product enhancements and feature development. 

 

 

Requisitos

 

Ø    Experience in IAM - Proven experience in IAM programs and product management, ideally within large-scale organizations. A minimum of over 8 years of experience in the IAM domain in a similar role.

Ø    Product Ownership - Experience in Agile methodologies and Product Owner responsibilities, including backlog management and user story creation. 

Ø    Technical Expertise -  Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration principles, technologies (SailPoint), and associated security and compliance domains. Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD) 

Ø  Communication & Collaboration - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively in multi-cultural and cross-functional environments. 

Ø  Analytical Skills - Ability to gather, analyze, and translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable product deliverables. 

Ø  Regulatory Knowledge -Familiarity with relevant compliance and security frameworks.
