We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
- Lead the operations and maintenance of the Abacus-specific IKP platform and its ecosystem components.
- Ensure the platform's high availability, elasticity, and redundancy to support critical banking services.
- Collaborating with the global IKP team for support and knowledge sharing.
- Providing 24/7 on-call first-line support for the IKP platform.
- Delivering DevOps hypercare support tailored to the Abacus project.
- Act as the primary point of contact for user communication, addressing platform-related inquiries and issues.
- Represent the team during regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve platform-related issues and ensure service quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement best practices for platform management, incident response, and team operations.
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Kubernetes platform operations, including deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies and cloud-native architectures, with experience in managing 24/7 operations teams and handling mission-critical systems and excellent communication skills to interact with users, regulators, and vendors effectively, and Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for IT systems.
- Certification in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) or related technologies.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
