We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Project Manager

In this role, you will:

  • Work as a CoE SPOC (single point of contact) aligned to the Cyber capability areas and the respective leads / senior programme managers (SPMs) for support in developing the right resource model and sourcing right people / skills.
  • Understand resource and location requirements for each capability within the Cybersecurity portfolio and translate them into role definitions and job descriptions.
  • Develop, in collaboration with each capability area, monthly, quarterly and half-yearly demand forecast (hiring plans) based on the project/programme/capability and group priorities.
  • Collaborate with Business Managers to align new demand with approved budgets & workforce/location strategy (e.g. perm vs vendor mix ; offshore vs. nearshore)
  • Ensure the capability workforce strategy and resource plans are aligned to the CoE strategy of buidling Cyber delivery capabilities within target locations.
  • Support the execution of workforce and location strategy, track and report progress to senior management and local leadership
  • Manage / support relationships with internal cyber and external stakeholders such as procurment, legal, COO etc
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree with Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of Core IT Project management experience with over 14 to 16 years of IT Experience in a large-scale Financial Services environment or global corporate service provider
  • Strong understanding of Change the bank and Run the bank concepts
  • Strong understanding and experience of IT project life cycle & methodologies (waterfall/agile)
  • Strong communication and senior stakeholder Management experience
  • Experience of managing / working on projects in Cybersecurity, Information security, Risk & Controls
  • Strong experience using in PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint and Excel for analysis and project status reporting
  • PMP or any other PM certification and/or Certification in Agile
  • Certification in Cybersecurity, Information security
  • Knowledge of estimation, budgeting & forecasting, performance evaluation and change management principles.
  • Understanding of industry standard controls frameworks (e.g. NIST FSS)
  • Positive and professional attitude, team player, flexible and adaptable, open to change(s)
  • Confident and takes responsibility and ownership for work and personal development
