Within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), we serve 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million who are international, from retail customers to ultra high net worth individuals and their families. We help our customers look after their day-to-day finances and manage, protect and grow their wealth.

Our wealth management teams provide financial planning and advice and market insight and updates, as well as products in areas such as investments, deposits, insurance, financing and foreign exchange. They include relationship managers, who work to understand the financial needs of clients and create strategies to meet their objectives, as well as technical product experts, sales managers and support staff

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Branch Operation.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible to support the service and operation to customer of the branch

  • To follow up transaction from the customer through counter teller and follow the SOP
  • To follow up every obstacles related with payment and other operation things
  • To book wealth product and insurance base on documentation and valid ID, to serve other customer's need such as Cheque book request, debit card and PIN request, SDB customer
  • Send and keep transaction document base on SOP
  • Follow up customer's complaint to internal department or other branch to solve the problem
Postulación

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  1. Indonesia Citizen only
  2. Has 1 years working experience in operational Bank
  3. Hold a minimum of Bachelor degree
  4. Able to work in a team
  5. Strong knowledge in service and operation
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. High motivation and endurance/ resilience
  8. Proficiency in English and computer literate
  9. This position will be placement at Balikpapan, Jakarta, Pontianak, and Surabaya,
