We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist - System Analyst

In this role, you will:
1.    Systems Analysis:
o    Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
o    Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys.
o    Develop functional specifications and system design documents to guide development teams.
2.    Database Engineering:
o    Design, implement, and maintain database systems to support business applications.
o    Optimize database performance through tuning and indexing strategies.
o    Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate measures and protocols.
3.    Cloud Engineering:
o    Collaborate with functional teams to design and deploy cloud-based solutions that meet business needs.
o    Assist in the migration of on-premises applications and data to cloud environments.
4.    Collaboration and Communication:
o    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
o    Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
o    Prepare and present reports on system performance, project status, and improvement recommendations to management.
5.    Documentation and Compliance:
o    Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.
o    Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data management and security.

Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 
•    Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
•    Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL).
•    Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS/ Azure/Google Cloud) and cloud architecture principles.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•    Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
•    Experience with data modeling and database design.
•    Understanding of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
