Department Profile:

DBS (Digital Business Services) Operations has been re-organized in Payment Services, Banking Operations including Supplied Services, Credit Services and Planning & Support.

Role Purpose:

TPEM (Third Party Engagement Management) Administrator (hereinafter TPEMA) is a centralized point of management of the entire outsourcing service providers as well as vendors, which are assumed by each department. TPEMA is responsible to administer contracts of internal and external outsourcing service providers, maintain the relationships with them, control risks of inherent in the third party engagement and so on. They are broken into contract management, issuing purchase orders, invoice processing and NX Wanbishi control.

TPEM Administrator’s key activities include but not limited to:

  • Confirming goods and services are not received before signing a contract with the third party
  • Driving risk management activities with the contract owner
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the engagement
  • Interacting directly with the third party to ensure the contracted service is received
  • Sourcing and reporting on engagement performance and performance metrics data
  • Initiating and tracking remediation activities
  • Assisting each department TPEM in monitoring performance metrics and consolidating reports and standard templates
  • Reviewing, updating and/or amending the Exit Strategy Plan for material or business critical contracts
  • Conducting outsourcing determination and outsourcing Assessment in Riskflo.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Safeguard the bank from potential loss and reputation risks
  • Ensure quality of services is provided by the outsourcing service providers and vendors
  • Ensure the provision of high quality service standards and continue to improve work efficiency
  • Ensure good communication and good relationship with business to assist their vendor engagement
  • Ensure vendors and stakeholders operational efficiency and its adherence to agreed service levels
  • Ensure appropriate succession planning is in place where applicable to avoid service disruptions
  • Ensure strict adherence to audit and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure orderly process of overall SD transactions.

Postulación
