We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with business and IT groups to analyze, design and implement Lending product solutions that are consistent with enterprise architectural standards
  • Ensure that non-functional requirements are clearly understood, rationale for holistic design & its components are provided, designs are peer reviewed and approved through the relevant Architecture Governance processes
  • Ensure solution designs address performance Requirements and reusability, availability or recovery, integrity, and security challenges, as well as business functional Requirements
  • Ensure the proposed design is as per the strategic architectural roadmap.
  • Ensure appropriate governance exists ensuring that appropriate regulatory, compliance, security and architecture controls are effectively maintained
  • Work with surround application teams and architect to design and develop high performing solutions
  • Participate in the E2E lifecycle of a project and guide the teams as required
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • In depth knowledge on the Securities Services business process including Transfer Agency / Global Custody / Treasury / Direct Custody
  • Be able to advise others on business requirement and solution and explain designs to technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Experience and in-depth workflow product knowledge the AWD thick client & Chorus workflow product and the technology and proven ability to lead the deployment of these successfully in a financial service context.
  • Experience on large scale for legacy workflow migration programme and driving the strategic workflow model.
  • Full working knowledge of BPM design and build process.
  • Solid experiences and Agile & DevOps approach / experience.
  • Be able to manage their own time and workload       
  • Effectively work with diverse and widely distributed teams Solution Analyst
  • Collaborate closely with agile lead, product owner, business stakeholders, project manager, architect and various IT SMEs
  • Be able to manage priorities and work from a product backlog.
  • Ensure that the highest level of quality is provided for all activities and products.
