We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Trainee Analyst
Principal responsibilities
- Incoming graduates may go through rotation on multiple desks or assigned to specific desks. The Markets division owns the quantitative models, quantitative architecture, structured products, electronic trading and execution algorithms and strategies that drive the business so you will be working in a set-up where analytical rigor in these aspects would be valued and you would be in virtual proximity with senior traders, structurers, quants and other key stakeholders.
- Graduates who join through this program will be involved in one or more of the following work areas:
- Business Management and Client Analytics / Intelligence
- Project Management, Business Change and Transformation
- Equity Product Structuring (Pricing Structured Products & Creating Systematic Strategies)
- Electronic Trading & Execution (Market Microstructure Research & Analytics)
- Financial Resources Analytics (Capital Optimization) and Counterparty Exposure Management
- There are multitude of roles in across domains mentioned above and the exact nature of role will depend on profile fitment and candidate preference.
- We are looking to hire grads who will join in 2025. Candidates across specializations can apply. Candidate should we willing to wok in a hybrid working setup, with working from office being the primary work location. Our office location is Bangalore and the candidates will be expected to relocate
- Ability to navigate oneself in a hybrid working setup - We would expect the graduate to be self-driven and take ownership of the tasks/projects assigned and proactively collaborate with the team for help and troubleshooting.
- In addition, candidates should expect to be interacting with colleagues from diverse backgrounds so cultural sensitivity would be an important attribute
