Report to: SVP Transactional Banking
This role focuses on managing the deposit portfolio and payment products, including global transfer and Visa Debit card, and executing WPB payment strategy to provide ‘best-in-class’ transactional banking solutions.
Customer payment driven revenue is growing significantly and will play a key revenue contributor. The responsibility directly contributes to the growth of business
A pivot position to manage Visa debit product, launch activation and spending campaign to deliver business revenue growth, streamline customer payment journey and implement global payment strategy with collaboration with global stakeholders.
Key role to manage payment products and services, including Global Transfer which is a niche solution for international proposition, Visa Debit card and other payment solutions. Develop payment strategy, collaborate with other stakeholders, design and implement system solution and oversee the risk governance framework and make sure fully compliant of regulatory requirements.
This role will be responsible for:
• Develop and execute Deposit and Debit card business growth strategies and activities
• Drive transaction fee income growth to deliver business financial target
• Actively interact with various stakeholders and ensure efficient execution of business strategies
• Analyze customer behavior, revenue dynamics and trend, and in turn drive continuous improvement of product development and profitability management
• Manage change and drive process streamlining to improve customer journey
• Ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies and regulation
Postulación
- University or above graduated
- Proven track record and experience in retail banking, specific product and proposition experience would be an advantage
- Sound knowledge on Portfolio and product management, and an understanding of the industry and market movements
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving capabilities
- Numerate and positive individual, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Resilient, ability to embrace change
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Strong ability to credibly interact with senior management
