Joining an award-winning Trust company, we are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Trust Manager, you will manage a portfolio of HNW & UHNW clients and structures for internationally based client families, within the Family Office team.

As a people leader you will also be pivotal in the daily people operations of the team, including coaching and mentoring more junior colleagues to provide service excellence to the clients.

In this role you will:

·          Deliver an excellent client service to a portfolio of structures predominately trust and companies for High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients based internationally.

·          Play a pivotal part in managing complex and significant client relationships, ensuring high level of engagement with clients and other HSBC group stakeholders, which can include bank relationship managers and wealth planners, ensuring all verbal and written communication is refined and considered, while providing guidance to junior members of the team.

·          Working closely with the Team Head, you will execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing business recognition and effectiveness.

·          From client relationship management to business development, you will drive growth and maintain service standards across multiple locations.

·          With a focus on profitability and risk management, you will ensure both clients and HSBC are safeguarded while delivering exceptional client service.

·          Strive to improve profitability while minimizing risk exposure for both clients and HSBC.

·          Participate in ad hoc team and business projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requisitos

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·         Experience in trust administration essential, ideally coupled with people management experience. 

·         An awareness of AML, KYC, GDPR and CFT requirements is essential.

·         Excellent client handling, with understanding of HNW private clients and their structures, tax knowledge would also be advantageous. 

·         Familiarity with the Jersey regulatory environment and trust & company legislation 

·         Ideally a holder of STEP Diploma or other qualification relevant to trust and company administration.

·         Be a highly effective communicator who is eager to positively contribute to the team.
