What you will do:
Supervision of the Analysts, ensuring internal deadlines are met and agreed procedures followed to ensure that all clients are operating in accordance with the Central Bank of Irelands’ UCITS & AIFM Regulations and in accordance to the restrictions as detailed in the schemes’ documentation.
In this role you will:
- Assist in the management of developmental activity for team members and manage their work schedules to ensure optimum coverage for stakeholders.
- Assist to achieve continuous improvements in efficiency of service provision and cost effectiveness of operations.
- Ensure that all clients are operating in accordance with the Central Bank of Irelands’ UCITS & AIFM Regulations.
- Ensure a high standard of work from the offshore locations, ongoing training of the staff there and strong KPIs being achieved from them.
- Adhere to KPI’s by ensuring deadlines are met, SLD’s adhered to, and procedures followed with 100% success rate.
- Be responsible, in particular, for the work of the offshore location- Accuracy, Timeliness and Efficiency.
You should apply if you have:
- Appropriate experience in a funds’ environment.
- Good technical knowledge of key duties and responsibilities of trustee
- Specialist certificate in Investment Fund Services an advantage.
- Previous supervisory experience is desirable given the dimensions of the role
- Solid understanding of financial instruments, stock markets and derivatives.
- Excellent numeric and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Accounting or legal qualification preferred
