As our US Ledgers Analysis Lead, you will:

  • Contribute to the North America Finance value stream.  The role entails development/enhancements & deployment of all ledger inputs for US into the Finance Transformation Program (FTP)
  • Overseeing the delivery & deployment of Mainframe technology solutions for Finance Transformation Program
  • Extensive understanding of financial accounting and interactions with the Business Process Owners, Finance Product Owners as well as the other FTP US IT teams
  • Manage priorities, maintain activity schedules to ensure delivery in line with deployment plan
  • Work in an agile environment that requires reacting to changes quickly
  • Participate in Agile/Program Increment planning, contribute to backlog refinement, and sprint deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment, including Program Increment Planning and 3-week sprints
  • Manage stakeholders, including Finance users, change delivery teams, CTO and audit Teams
  • Work closely with Finance and technical stakeholders to maintain and enhance system performance

     

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $141,300.00 and $211,900.00.

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and several variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requisitos

You'll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; engineering/technical degree preferred

  • Strong background of financial accounting and relevant experience of working on General Ledger application

  • Hands-on experience of Mainframe and familiarity to Qlik Sense/dashboards

  • Experience working in Agile/SAFe teams; understanding of PI Planning and sprint cycles

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken English)

  • Must be able to work independently and have intellectual curiosity

  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a wide spectrum of stakeholders
