Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation of clear, effective, and engaging UX content in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese across the bank’s digital platforms and channels.

  • Implement and maintain the bank’s tone of voice and copy style guide, ensuring cohesive and consistent messaging across all digital copy.

  • Ensure high-quality UX writing through a user-centric approach, with a focus on clarity, consistency and error-free content production.

  • Assign and project manage UX copywriting tasks to ensure timely delivery according to project timelines

  • Develop Content Gen AI model and use case and incorporate AI technology & governance into content creation process to drive efficiency and innovation

  • Develop and maintain presentation decks to articulate UX copywriting strategies and outcomes to stakeholders

  • Collaborate with UX designers and researchers to provide concise and effective copy for wireframes and digital interfaces.

  • Manage quality control for your own work and the team’s output, including proofreading and cross-checking initiatives.

  • Coordinate with business units and digital project owners to ensure content delivery aligns with mutual needs and project schedules.

  • Empower customers with informative content, enabling them to independently complete banking task by iterating and refining copy based on user testing feedback and data insights.
     

Requisitos

Requirements

  • University Graduate in Communications, Journalism, Language, Digital or a related discipline.

  • 6+ years of experience in UX copywriting across digital platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

  • Excellent command of written Traditional Chinese, English and Simplified Chinese

  • Strong understanding of UX design principles and ability to collaborate effectively with UX designers and researchers.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Passionate in AI and its evolving landscape to drive adoption of new technology into workflow.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free copy.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to navigate challenging situations and effectively foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Working knowledge in UI/UX and content management software / platforms, e.g. Confluence, JIRA and Figma.

  • Experience in user testing and data-driven content iteration is a plus.

  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
