Responsibilities
Oversee the creation of clear, effective, and engaging UX content in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese across the bank’s digital platforms and channels.
Implement and maintain the bank’s tone of voice and copy style guide, ensuring cohesive and consistent messaging across all digital copy.
Ensure high-quality UX writing through a user-centric approach, with a focus on clarity, consistency and error-free content production.
Assign and project manage UX copywriting tasks to ensure timely delivery according to project timelines
Develop Content Gen AI model and use case and incorporate AI technology & governance into content creation process to drive efficiency and innovation
Develop and maintain presentation decks to articulate UX copywriting strategies and outcomes to stakeholders
Collaborate with UX designers and researchers to provide concise and effective copy for wireframes and digital interfaces.
Manage quality control for your own work and the team’s output, including proofreading and cross-checking initiatives.
Coordinate with business units and digital project owners to ensure content delivery aligns with mutual needs and project schedules.
Empower customers with informative content, enabling them to independently complete banking task by iterating and refining copy based on user testing feedback and data insights.
Requirements
University Graduate in Communications, Journalism, Language, Digital or a related discipline.
6+ years of experience in UX copywriting across digital platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent command of written Traditional Chinese, English and Simplified Chinese
Strong understanding of UX design principles and ability to collaborate effectively with UX designers and researchers.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate in AI and its evolving landscape to drive adoption of new technology into workflow.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free copy.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Outstanding interpersonal skills to navigate challenging situations and effectively foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Working knowledge in UI/UX and content management software / platforms, e.g. Confluence, JIRA and Figma.
Experience in user testing and data-driven content iteration is a plus.
