In this role you will:

  • Contribute to key performance indicator values of savings, acquisition of new to bank customers, and conduct meaningful client meetings that cover any stage of the sales process
  • Take ownership of delivering a great customer experience, championing our customer’s cause, and working quickly to resolve complaints at the first point of contact
  • Engage with customers to effectively recommend and refer a range of quality, needs based solutions, products, and services available across HSBC
  • Take ownership of preventing errors and operational losses by providing customers with the correct information about our products to enable them to make an informed decision
  • Ensure the IWPB Accreditation Framework is met, and perform as a part of well-functioning team

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: 

  • Passionate about customer service, with a proven team player mentality 
  • Solid knowledge of credit / debit cards and Core Banking systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with customers and external parties
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, organisational and time management skills
