Principal Responsibilities

  •  Assist Head of Ops in cloud migration from on-PRIM to Cloud servers in the next 6 months and the RBI guidelines of DLG, Default loss on Digital lending etc will kick in additionally which are not applicable as of now.
  • Aligning the BRD to design & map with process control RCA with current Navision  & 50 fin integrated software
  • Map 2lod asks of DLG outcomes to build an operational control framework with checklists, data mapping, reporting, and workflows to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct a VAPT, pilot readiness review testing and confirm match between both systems post migration
  • Data readiness from all LODs to meet RC audits by working closely with controls team.
  • DPDPA – Established regulatory processes need to be mandatorily implemented within the given time frame expected to be completed by Q4 25
  • New collateral & lending products : Work on introduction and implementation of processes (end-to-end) of new securities such as unlisted securities, G-Sec, SBLC. etc
  •  Admin process tasks for the entity to support various functions
  • HISL -Legacy matters, property sale coordination etc.  HISML merger activities etc
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management in a time to time basis
Requisitos

Qualification:

·       Post Graduate and above

·       10 years or more of relevant experience, including team leadership

·       RC & Governance exposure will be an added advantage
