We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Cross Border Payments and FX.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
Planning and execution
- Executed the defined XBorder payment and FX commercialization and client adoption plans, aligned with the bank’s retail banking objectives
- Identify and capitalize on trends in digital payments, FX and remittances
Portfolio Management & Data-Driven Growth
- Drive portfolio optimization using data insights, segmentation, and predictive modelling to identify next best sending and engagement opportunities
- Implement lifecycle strategies across early engagement, activation, usage, retention, and win-back using propensity models and behaviour-based targeting
Revenue & Performance Management
- Drive the FX income lines for remittance products
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct profitability analysis, and deliver actions to grow usage, transaction volumes, and revenue
Requisitos
To be successful you will need
- Strong background in international payments and FX (SWIFT) is a must
- Advanced experience on portfolio management with specialization in remittances/FX
- Proven track record on execution excellence of portfolio strategies to drive customer engagement
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of P&L impact, pricing models
