We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Direct Sales Operations. 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Ensure day-to-day mid-office operations run smoothly, providing support to the sales processes across all Customer Acquisition and Direct Sales channels, namely Mortgage Sales & Retention, EBS and Business Development, Customer Onboarding and Third-party sales channel
  • Managing sales database, delivering sales management information for Customer Acquisition and Direct Sales for purpose of sales performance & management reporting and internal analytics
  • Acting as the key liaison for channel operations with all other departments across WPB
  • Collaborate closely with all channels in driving continuous improvements in efficiencies, cost management and eliminating duplications across channel, in conjunction with Business Assurance, 1st and 2nd LODs
  • Leading the drive for process innovation
  • Driving strategic projects such as straight through processing and service re-engineering with a focus on End-to-End optimization and customer service improvement
  • Facilitate towards improving the quality of service provided to customers with the aim of maximizing satisfaction & minimalizing complaints, measured by NPS
  • Planning resources within Direct Sales Operations enabling expertise to be leveraged and optimally utilized, while driving continuous quality improvement and service excellence culture
  • Ensuring effective management of staff development and performance by driving on-going career development and training plans to improve staff knowledge and motivation, optimizing redeployment capabilities for future operational requirements
Requisitos
  • Bachelor’s degree or over 5 years of relevant retail banking experience
  • Possess sound and proven track records in term of managing an effective Operations team
  • To have forward-mindset to drive improvements in anticipation of market or regulatory related changes
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge and experience in banking and financial markets will be beneficial
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate analytical and documentation skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Team management experience
  • A high level of drive to excel and thrive in a diverse environment
  • Outgoing disposition and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills and motivational
  • Ability to partner with internal and/or external stakeholders
